Once inside your room, Alois let go of your hand and flopped on your bed, ruffling the covers. You shut the door behind you and stood in front of the little boy. 

Well, you were the same age, but still. 

"Hey, (f/n)" Alois said, looking at the ceiling. "How do you know about the demons in this household?"

You tilted your head and walked over to the bed. You smoothed out your maid skirt and sat on the corner, taking care not to sit on Alois. 

"Well, Your Highness, at first, they just seem different. They had different auras. Kind of scary. I didn't know they were demons until I asked Hannah, she told me and-"

Alois sat up abruptly," How dare she?! She isn't supposed to tell! I will deal with her later."

You continued, pretending not to hear him talk," She told me and then my iPod got wet. Things seemed to go downhill from there. I knocked into Hannah, causing her to drop the plates. I tried picking up the shards before Claude could see..." You held up your bloodied hands. 

"... But he seen anyways. He didn't give Hannah a chance to explain, and gave her unfair punishment. I decided to follow, and that's when I found out I wasn't human either-"

Alois interrupted you again," Wait, so your not a human?! What are you?!"

"Well, I'm half demon half Shinigami. Cool, huh?" you faced towards the boy, closed your eyes, tilted your head, and smiled. 

Your black bangs fell from your eyes, having them glow a bright (e/c). Alois looked into your eyes , then leaned against your pillow. 
You wouldn't tell him, but it was your greatest pet peeve. Having other people near your pillows, it just weirded you out. 

In the end, Alois closed his eyes and drifted off. You frowned, he was still in his clothes, nowhere near his room. You got up and gently scooped him into your arms. His head fell against your chest, one arm across his stomach, the other dangling. 

You struggled with his weight a bit. 'I thought demons were supposed to have incredible strength!' you thought to yourself. 

You heaved and wobbled, then straightened yourself out. Then once you found your balance, you walked to the door. You struggled with the door, not wanting to drop Alois. 

After a few seconds of struggling, the door opened, revealing Hannah. You looked up at her, and gave her a weak smile. "Thanks," you mumbled. "Where's his room?" you asked, shifting his weight in your arms. 
"Do you want me to carry him," Hannah offered. You shook your head, claiming to just need her to open his door. 

Hannah nodded and walked off, you followed her. Once in front of Alois's door, Hannah opened it and you stumbled in. You placed him gently on the bed and pulled the covers over him. 

You facepalmed yourself when you realized Alois was still in his daytime clothes. 'Crap,' you thought. You shrugged, ' I can blame it on Claude later,' you told yourself. 
Hannah was still be the door, "Hannah," you mumbled, rubbing your eyes. "I think I'm ready for bed."

Hannah tilted her head a bit, confusion clearly written on her face. "I thought you were a demon? Demons don't need sleep."
"Im half Shinigami," you chided gently. "Don't Shinigami's need sleep?"

She nodded. "I suppose. Alright, follow me, I will lead you back to your room. But, (f/n), you must get the layout of this estate down. His Highness will not allow me showing you around everywhere."

You nodded and yawned. 

~ Time Skip. TO YOUR ROOM. XD ~

You expected to instantly pass out once your head hit the pillow. But, you didn't. 
You groaned into the pillow, ripping the wig off your head, flinging it across the room. You ruffled your short messy (h/c) hair. You flopped in all directions on your bed, but couldn't fall asleep. Eventually you rolled over so viciously that you fell off the bed and plopped on the floor. 

You started to curse the world, now wishing for the little orphanage in your time era. 
The door swung open and you made a sound in the back of your throat resembling a strangled animal. You snapped your eyes open, and rolled under your twin sized bed. 
Whoever was at the door, closed it shortly after. You could hear their footsteps echoing throughout the empty hallways. 

You rolled back from under your bed, and stood up. You decided you weren't going to get any of the much needed sleep, you you put back in your raven wig. Using your fingers to comb out the long tresses. 

Without bothering to change out of you sleepwear, you stepped out of your room, and shivered as the cold floor touched your bare feet. 

You ran blindly throughout the mansion until you proceeded to run into a wall. "Owie wowie wowie" you mumbled. 

You held your fingers to your forehead and waited for a few minutes. Once you were sure you were fine, you walked (not run XD) to where you needed to be. 

The only place you would be able to sleep. You stopped in front of a wooden doorway, and hesitantly pushed it forward. 

It gave off an erie creek, and you winced at the sound. Once you stepped into the room, you instantly felt drowsy.  
Okay. So. 

PLEASE DONT HATE ME FOR TAKING SO LONG TO UPLOAD. I HAVE BEEN SUPER BUSY AND HAD FAMILY OVER. AND I HAD TO GOVE MY OLD IPOD TO SLMEONE ELSE WHILE I WAITED FOR MY NEW ONE. AND I HAD TO FIND A WAY TO TRANSFER ALL MY ILD FANFICS TO MY NEW ONE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. AND IT WAS HECKTIC. SO SORRY. 

And here's the eighth chapter. *sweatdrop* I literally just finished it, and it might be a while before I post the next. Mainly because of writers block. 

but every once in a while I will be posting one shots. :3. I'm actually working on a Makoto x Reader right now, so yeah. I also got a laptop. So I might post from there. But it might take longer because I'm a slow Typer when it comes to computers. 
But anyways. Here yah go. Please comment. I enjoy comments, I really do. :3
